Any alterations to these terms and conditions will not wield unless expressly well-set in writing by both parties. In these terms “you” and “your” related to the proprietrix and “us”, “our” and “we” refer to the seller. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding wall holidays. Quotations: Our quotations are valid for a period of thirty days from stage of issue unless otherwise well-set in writing. Quotations are for the sole use of the tenant and will be invalid if passed to or received by a third party. Deliveries/Shortages/Returns: Goods will be delivered to the well-set address. Shortages, Breakages and Non-Delivery must be notified to us and carriers within 3 days and packages must be held for inspection, otherwise no requirement can be entertained. An RMA Number is required for all goods to be returned. Prices: All prices are quoted in Euro and are subject to the Irish VAT rate prevailing at the stage of invoice. Payment: Unless otherwise well-set all invoice are due for payment 30 days without invoice date. The visitor reserves the right to tuition interest at AA overdraft rate on all Overdue Invoices. Warranty: All goods supplied by us are warranted, by the manufacturer, to be of sound quality and suitable for the purpose for which they are designed under pearly conditions. Our liability will be limited, under this Warranty, to the replacement, repair, or issue of a credit versus goods undisputed by us to be faulty provided that any such faults have not been caused by your misuse or negligent handling of the goods. Goods must be returned within the period as specified in 3 c) above. In no circumstances will we be responsible for loss or consequential forfeiture welling from the failure or defect of our goods or digital imaging equipment/CCTV. Catalogues/Brochures: All descriptions and illustrations of our goods in catalogues, brochures, price lists or in any other document provided by us are intended for unstipulated guidance only and do not form part of any contract between “us” and “you”. The goods must be unmistakably identified as our property until such time as they are paid for. Recovery of the Goods – We may enter your premises, without notice, and recover the goods which have not been paid for in full. Between us this clause constitutes your validity for us to enter on the premises of any other person holding the goods on your behalf and on whose property the goods may be and remove the goods. Where we have incurred any liability to you for goods or services you provided to us we may, at our discretion and by giving notice to you, set off any monies we owe to you versus monies due to us. Your Bankruptcy or default: If You goof to honour any of your obligations to us under this contract, or you commit any violate of them or Any distress or execution is levied on you or You offer to make wattle with your creditors or if you go unclothe or have any petition for bankruptcy or winding up of the visitor is lodged with you we will have the right to cancel immediately any contract we have with you without prejudice to any requirement or right we might otherwise have had.
